Payment is required at the time of booking for new patients (Initial Consultation), and for patients returning for a Re-Evaluation appointment.

Accepted payment methods include: Cash, EFTPOS, VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, STRIPE, Apple Pay/Google Pay/Samsung Pay
Cancellation Policy
We know that life and emergencies happen, but we do ask that if you cannot keep your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to cancel or reschedule your appointment, to allow time for clients on our waiting list to be contacted.
As you can understand, we make a commitment to you (an appointment) for you to have dedicated time with the Chiropractor for care, assessment, and/or treatment or your condition. Where you have provided your contact details, you will receive a reminder email and sms the day prior.
If you cannot attend your appointment, please contact the clinic at the earliest convenience. In the absence of 24 hours notice, in the case of a late arrival, or a missed appointment, the full fee for the scheduled service will be applied to your account.
Initial Consultation - $155
For those booking their first visit to this office. This appointment type includes initial consultation, review of your clinical history, and treatment plan (where required). This appointment includes your Chiropractic treatment where clinically required and safe to do so. Allow around 45 minutes for this consultation. Book your first appointment with us online. Full payment required at the time of booking.
Re-Evaluation - $130
For returning and/or current patients that have either not attended the office in the last 6-12 months, or have a new condition/injury. Allow around 30 minutes for this consultation. This appointment is not suitable for new patients to this clinic. Full payment required at the time of booking.
Standard Appointment - $65
For patients receiving regular Chiropractic care, within the last 12 months. Allow around 15 minutes for this consultation. This appointment is not suitable for new patients to this clinic.
Seniors and Students
Seniors and Students are eligible for $5 concession on their consultation fees for standard appointments. This discount does not apply to initial consultations.
Family Rates and Referrals
We understand that the cost of living is high, and in an effort to reduce the impact and to allow you to continue your health care we continue to offer a Family Rate of $55 per person which applies when three (3) or more family members attend in one session for a standard appointment. This is our way of making your care more afforable for the whole family. Please note, this rate does not apply to initial consultations.
The greatest compliment you can give is a genuine referral, and we like to show appreciation by offering our patients a credit towards future appointments. Terms and conditions are located here.
HICAPS - on the spot Private Health Insurance Claims
Direct claims for Private Health Insurance can be made at this clinic on the day for Standard Appointments (if eligible).
A printed or electronic reciept can be provided for any prepaid appointments to allow you to claim directly with your Private Health Insurance provider.
Workcover / DVA / Medicare - Chronic Disease Management (CDM)
Please inform the clinic if your appointment is Medicare (CDM) referral, is a result of a WorkCover claim, or is in regard to the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this instance these departments require a referral letter/proof or eligibility to be obtained prior to your appointment.
