Payment is required at the time of booking for new patients (Initial Consultation), and for patients returning for a Re-Evaluation appointment.
Payment required at the time of appointment for our regular patients.
We know that life and emergencies happen, but we do ask that if you cannot keep your appointment, please call us 24 hours prior to cancel or reschedule your appointment, to allow time for clients on our waiting list to be contacted.
In the absence of 24 hours notice, in the case of a late arrival, or a missed appointment, the full fee for the scheduled service will be applied to your account.
As you can understand, we make a commitment to you (an appointment) for you to have dedicated time with the Chiropractor for care, assessment, and/or treatment or your condition.
For those booking their first visit to this office. This appointment type includes initial consultation and treatment (if clinically indicated), Allow 30-45 minutes. Book your first appointment with us online. Full payment required at the time of booking.
For patients receiving regular Chiropractic care, within the last 12 months. Allow 15 minutes. Not suitable for new patients to this clinic.
For returning and/or current patients that have either not attended the office in the last 6-12 months, or have a new condition/injury. Allow 30 minutes. Not suitable for new patients to this clinic. Full payment required at the time of booking.
HICAPS - on the spot Private Health Insurance Claims
Direct claims for Private Health Insurance can be made at this clinic for Standard Appointments (if eligible).
A printed or electronic reciept can be provided for prepaid appointments to allow you to claim directly with your Private Health Insurance provider.
Seniors and Students are eligible for $5 concession on their consultation fees for regular appointments. This discount does not apply to initial consultations.
A Family Rate of $55 per person applies when 3 or more family members attend in one session. No further discounts apply with this rate.
Please inform the clinic if your appointment is a result of a WorkCover claim, or in regard to the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this instance these departments require a referral letter/proof or eligibility prior to your appointment.
